Enhaus Collections is a design-build program for Altadena homeowners rebuilding after the Eaton Fire. You choose an architectural style and a pre-selected finish collection, and Enhaus designs a floor plan custom to your lot. The finishes, fixtures, and material pairings are already selected and priced, so you get the character of a custom home with greater cost certainty and far fewer decisions.

Collections homes start at $425 per square foot for construction, plus $25 per square foot for architectural design. That places Collections just above a typical Altadena spec build ($375–$425 per square foot) and below a fully custom Enhaus home, which starts at $475+ per square foot and rises with the level of specification.

Yes. The floor plan is drawn from scratch for your lot, your family, and how you live. Space planning is the one part of a home that cannot be changed later — finishes can be swapped in ten years, but where walls go, how tall ceilings are, and how rooms connect cannot. Enhaus keeps that fully custom and pre-selects everything downstream of it.

Spanish and Mid-Century Modern collections are available now. Modern Farmhouse, Cottage, and Modern Contemporary collections are in development and coming soon.

Most Collections homes run 10 to 14 months from the start of design to move-in, including permitting. Pre-selected finishes shorten the design phase and reduce the procurement delays that typically extend a fully custom build.

A fully custom home leaves every decision open — every tile, fixture, and hardware finish specified individually. Collections keeps the custom floor plan and architectural style but starts from a curated finish library where the hard pairings are already solved. That reduces design time, budget drift, and decision fatigue, without producing a repeated house.

Production and spec builders repeat a fixed set of plans and finish packages across many lots. Enhaus Collections designs the floor plan specifically for your property and your household, and uses a designer-curated material library rather than builder-grade defaults.

Yes. Each collection is a starting point, not a locked package. You can substitute within the library or upgrade individual selections, and your designer will price the change before you commit.

Up to 120 design-room hours are included with an Enhaus Collections home, covering finish selection, procurement, and quality control. Those hours are part of the program rather than billed separately.

Yes. Enhaus can build from plans you already own, whether from a previous architect or from your pre-fire home, and adapt them to current code and your chosen collection.

Yes. Enhaus is a full-service design-build firm and manages drawings, permitting, and agency coordination through construction, so homeowners work with one team from first sketch to final walkthrough.
