Altadena Rebuild Initiative

Actively Rebuilding Homes In Altadena
We Lead With Experience and Trust

We're in Altadena daily helping families rebuild after the fires. We bring direct experience from previous fire rebuilds, custom homes, and ground-up construction - we know exactly what this process requires. Our design-build approach means one team handles everything - interior design, permits, and construction - eliminating the coordination delays that slow down rebuilds.

We're already working on multiple homes (some on the same block), which lets us build deeper relationships with local inspectors and city officials who know our work. Our team has established operations in Altadena and Pasadena specifically for this recovery, so we're not driving in from elsewhere trying to figure out the local process and we will be here for clients long after their homes are built.
