The Collections
Start with a point of view. Make the plan your own.
Two architectural directions. Neither requires you to take an off-the-shelf floor plan.

Spanish Enhaus Collection
Warm proportions, considered arches, and a sense of permanence.

Mid-Century Modern Enhaus Collection
Open living, quiet lines, and an easy connection outdoors.
The honest trade-off
There is a middle ground.
You shouldn’t have to choose between a plan someone else made and an open-ended custom build. Collections is built for the space between.
01
Keep the decision that matters most.
Your floor plan is designed around your lot and the way you want to live. Layout is the one thing you can’t easily change later.
02
Make the finish choices manageable.
A curated library has 100% of finishes preselected, with up to 100 hours of interior design support.
03
Know who is responsible.
Enhaus handles procurement and quality control, with one team from first sketch to final walkthrough.
Clarity before commitment
Ask for the details in writing.
Specific terms matter more than broad assurances. These are the points to review with Enhaus before you sign.
What the Fixed Price includes
Collections starts at $475 per square foot. Your fixed price and exact inclusions depend on the written scope for your property.
Make the finish choices manageable.
Ask Enhaus to specify the construction start point, covered work, conditions, and remedies in your written agreement. Design and permitting are separate phases.
Know who is responsible.
Your floor plan is custom to your lot. Finishes come from the curated library; Enhaus handles procurement and quality control.
Confirm scope, price, guarantee terms, and inclusions in your written agreement.

A process you can follow.
From first sketch to final walkthrough, the work stays with a single design-build team.

Before you decide
Good questions deserve straight answers.
What does “Fixed Price” include?
Enhaus Collections starts at $475 per square foot. A project-specific scope and written agreement will define your fixed price, inclusions, exclusions, and the terms for your property.
Can I change the floor plan?
Yes. The floor plan is fully custom to your lot. Collections begins with an architectural style and curated finishes, not a fixed layout.
What if my lot has complications?
Every property needs its own review. Bring your address or street to the conversation so Enhaus can discuss the conditions that might affect scope, price, and timing. No property-specific outcome is promised here.
What does the 12-month construction guarantee cover?
It applies to the construction phase. Ask Enhaus for the written start point, covered scope, conditions and remedies for your project; design and permitting are separate.
I’m living outside Altadena. Can we meet remotely?
Yes. Tell us about your project first. If it qualifies, the team can invite you to arrange a conversation by video or in person.
How is this different from LA County's pre-approved plans?
LA County's pre-approved plans are a catalog of home designs already checked against zoning and building code. You license a design from its architect, and it moves faster through plan check. The trade-off is that the designs can't be customized. If you change anything, the plan goes back through regular review. You still need a site plan, a site-specific review, plan check fees, and a separate builder.
Enhaus Collections takes a different path. Your floor plan is designed around your lot and the way you live. You pick finishes from a curated library, and one team handles design, permitting, and construction at a fixed price starting at $475/sq ft. If a pre-approved plan fits your lot and your family, it can be a good option. We'll tell you honestly which path makes more sense for your property.

How does this work with my insurance settlement?
Every policy is different, so start with your own policy and your adjuster. A few California rules apply to most Eaton Fire claims:
- Time to rebuild: you have at least 36 months from your first actual cash value payment to collect full replacement cost, with extensions available for good cause.
- Holdback: most replacement-cost policies release the remaining amount as you rebuild, not up front.
- Code upgrades: replacement-cost policies include building code upgrade coverage of at least 10% of your dwelling limit, on top of that limit.
- If you're underinsured: you can combine your dwelling and other-structures limits toward rebuilding.
